Our years of experience and knowledge of the textile printing industry resulted in the choice of sublimation technology, which allows to obtain fantastic, eye-catching effects.
The sublimation printing on fabrics consists of 2 stages: in the first stage the pattern is printed on special paper, while in the second the dyes are transferred from the paper to the fabric. In the chemical process which is sublimation, dyes penetrate the fabric structure, ensuring exceptional durability of the print. The print is imperceptible to the touch and does not reduce the permeability of the material, which is extremely important for labelling sportswear.
The popularity of sublimation printing on fabrics results, among other things, from the possibility to realise both short series and large production runs without significant impact on the sale price. An additional advantage of the sublimation technology is the possibility to transfer any graphic onto the fabric - from a simple pattern to a high quality photograph in a relatively short time. It can be used only on polyester fabrics and their blends.
Due to its high precision, as well as high saturation and excellent colour reproduction, sublimation printing is perfect for multi-colour projects. This technology gives the possibility to personalise clothing and accessories according to the individual needs of the customer, so it can be an effective support for marketing activities and act as a carrier of advertising content.
Advanced technical facilities of our fabric printing house guarantee the highest quality of printing. We work on Japanese and Italian machines. Components used for printing (paper and dyes) come exclusively from European manufacturers (we do not work with Asian substitutes).
Sublimation printing is one of the most popular, economical and durable techniques of textile and knitted fabrics printing.
We have been in this business for 20 years and we know how to print the best.
The quality of digital printing is comparable to the quality of analogue printing made on large-size machines.
One roll of textile or knitted fabric can be printed with many patterns, ready-made garment elements and single elements.
From the idea through the design and printing to the final product (a dress, shirt, etc.) it takes only a few days.
Modern, long-lasting dyes that are harmless to people mean that the printed textiles can be used for a long time without loss of quality.
Here you will see generally available examples of works commissioned by our clients. Confidentiality towards our partners does not allow us to publish patterns that we have made for them or that they have provided to us. We are loyal to all our customers and we respect their trade secrets.
